Where'd the Sun Go?

I can't remember the last time I saw sunshine. Andy's tournament got rained out this weekend. He ended up playing 1/2 and inning. On the plus side, he made the only out! It was 1:30 and the 10:30 game was still playing. It would lightening, so the players had to exit the field and wait 20 minutes. They would go back on the field and it would lightening again. You can see how this went. In the end, they called the tournament and Andy stayed all night at his friend's house.

We went to Eau Claire to visit my friend Friday. That was fun. The kids are old enough to swim and play together. We got a lot of girl time to talk.

Because it's raining today and Tim is trying to sleep (working nights), I'm taking the kids to Kung Fu Panda. It has gotten good reviews - so I hope it's entertaining. I'm finding that my threshold of cartoon movies have decreased over the years. Frankly - they bore me. However, keeping two kids quiet while Tim sleeps does not ring any bells either. My mother-in-law is watching my nephews - so they're coming too. Should be a nice afternoon.

BTW - I am finding Wii Fit to still be great. After seeing how round shouldered my friend is, I'm going to keep it up every day. We're not old enough to have that kind of posture. Plus, it seems to help hide the ten pounds I gained last year.
