Curfew?

Last night, Tim and I got a babysitter and went out to supper. Realize, we do this once every three months - if we're lucky.

The babysitter came a 1/2 hour early, so we were gone by 5:00. We ended up going to dinner at the Woodbine Inn - which is a nice half hour drive. We ate and it was still early. We went to the casino - what a joke. The average age was 65 years old. We stayed for twenty minutes. Then we went to a bar and ran into a couple of Tim's friends and my cousin. We did all of this and we were still home by 9:30 pm. Tim and I were even laughing at what geeks we were - we even tried to find something to stay out late.

The funny thing is this morning I noticed that someone from home called my cell phone last night. I must not have heard it ring. The time stamp was 9:15 pm. I asked Andy if he called and he said yes. He told me, "It was after nine. Don't you think you were gone late enough. Really Mom. "

I guess we'll remember what is late when he is in high school.
