Life with the Wallners

Beth had figure skating yesterday for the first time. She LOVED it. She was actually doing pretty good by the end. I was afraid that she was going to fall and hit the back of her head again - so I brought her bike helmet. Tim had me leave it in the car because he thought it would embarrass her. I was fully prepared to get it if she started falling to much. (Remember, she had a slight concussion last Monday) They taught her how to fall and it get up - so she was fine.

Andy wanted to rent Iron Man this weekend. We watched it yesterday afternoon. I must say, it was a pretty good flick. Much better than I thought it would be. It was also cold and rainy outside - that always makes watching a movie fun.

Tim hurt his back at work, so he is in some pain. It sucks to get old.

I am getting out from under my pile of papers to grade. I had a stack sitting on my desk. That is the one downfall of teaching - all of the grading. I had a group of German Exchange students visit my class today. They were so happy to be here to shop - the prices were so cheap. Thanks to Bush and King Henry and their management of the dollar.
