PreApproval

We got word today that our buyer has secured preapproval for the house loan. Music to my ears!!!

We are now just seeing if he can get a loan that will allow us to rent back from him. The bank that gave him preapproval wants him to have occupancy within 60 days. We understand he is going to go to another bank to see if they have different stipulations. Hopefully all will go as planned. According to our realtor, everything will be in place by March 6. Only two weeks to wait to see how it will shake out.

In case you need a laugh, my almost four-year-old nephew's last name is Bean. He decided that he didn't want his daycare teacher to call him Mr. Bean anymore. He is making them call him Mr. Carrot. I don't care who you are, that is really funny!
