Boys

Baseball is getting a little wild with the pitching. Tim thought Andy should get a cup. I asked Andy yesterday if he knew what a "cup" for sports was and if he wanted one. He seemed excited. So I took him to Plover to get shoes and a cup. Tim was working.

I asked the guy helping us with the shoes where I would find such a thing. He pointed us in the right direction. We get into the aisle and Andy turns to me and asks, "What does it look like?" I have NO idea. So here we are going around each aisle trying to find him some magic underwear. We finally find it without looking too much like a bunch of dorks .

We get home and he asks me how it works. My response - ???? He gets it on and starts running around the house to see how it feels. He was all pumped - this must be a right of passage for a little boy. I just wish Tim could have seen it - pretty cute. This is uncharted territory for me. That is the first time I have ever seen such a contraption.

Since yesterday seemed like a never ending day, we're going do more. We're going to take a picnic and ride our bikes to the lake. It is supposed to be a beautiful day.
