SUMMER FUN!

We spent the last couple of days in Milwaukee at the museum and the zoo. Here are Beth and Andy at the butterfly exhibit.

Andy remembered most of the museum from previous trips. We stayed for the IMAX - none of the kids remembered that.
Here is the gang at the zoo.
I was disappointed in the zoo. It seemed dirty this time and a lot of the animals weren't even out. The kids had a good time. Feeding the goats was still high on the list of fun activities. The camel ride was a bust - only one time around - which equaled a 30 second ride. Notice the souvenirs - a raccoon hat, wolf walking stick, cheetah headband and blue pony. All must haves - of course.

We picked up the kids report cards today. Both kids did really well - Beth did exceptionally well. We're very proud.
Today I'm trying to get caught up on grading. It's not going so well - I have a lot of running around to do for the house. Speaking of the house - the drywall is almost all up. The stucco guys are there. It really is coming along well!
