Our bathing beauty is EIGHT today. I can hardly believe it. She is anxiously waiting for Dad to get up. However, Mom and Dad were moving until 9:30 last night (We started at 8:00 am)- we are extremely tired. We are having Tim's sister's family over tonight for supper. Her birthday party with friends doesn't start until Tuesday night.
HOWEVER - we are in! The place is dirty and messy, but we slept here last night. The conversation throughout the day was - How did we get so much stuff! We still have a storage unit to unpack. That won't happen until next week - or the week after........
We are happy with the house. There are still some things to be finished. We found out that one of the jets in the whirlpool tub does not work. Our mantel isn't up yet. We need a backsplash in the kitchen. Etc. It will eventually be complete.
