Three More Days...

I am almost done for the year......

.....I can almost taste summer. Too bad the weather won't cooperate. I can tell it is the end of the year. All day, instructor after instructor had a story about an annoying student. We all must be at the end of our ropes. I did throw an ice cream party for my students this afternoon. That was a fun way to end the day.

I need to think of everything I want to do during the next three weeks while the kids are in school - that will help keep me from being too annoyed.

1. I want to get a massage - first on the list for a reason.
2. I want to plant flowers and bushes - a little beauty
3. I want to start a regular exercise regime
4. I want to sleep.
5. I want to slow down and enjoy life a little

AND if you need a funny story - yesterday I was up to the SP MSTC for a meeting. Our director comes in stating that there is a lock down at St. Michales Hospital and the University. He comes back a few minutes later saying that the police took care of what ever it was. An hour later he comes back telling us that someone called into the police that they saw a guy out in the parking lot with a rifle. Well, it was just some maintenance guy with a blow torch. Can you image - Bob the Maintenance guy is just doing his job when the SWAT team decends.... Doesn't this sound like the Mary Kay Bag with the bomb squad? I've been laughing all day about our "big story".
