4th of July

Fun on the 4th....

• Slip 'n slide in the hot 4th weather
• Water balloon toss game
• Playing games with the kids
• Lighting our own fireworks before the real fireworks
• Glow sticks
• Fun with cousins
• Popsicles at the river waiting for the fireworks
• Tarp laid at 6 am so that we had seats right up front by the river - thanks Uncle Brandon
• Being able to hear the music that coordinates with the fireworks
• A finale to start the fireworks - left over from last year because it rained
• The actual finale - the best I've ever seen
• Finding a way out without being stuck in traffic - that NEVER happens

AND.....Kids are old enough not to be tired and crabby at the end of the fireworks
