Well, the dog is here and doing well. She was a little scared at first. She is starting to get used to us. We had to make a special trip to Fleet Farm today to get her a heated pad for her dog house, a heated dog dish, a new toy which she promptly buried in the snow. She is more pampered than any other dog we have had.
We also stopped at Furniture and Appliance Mart to look at new appliances and furniture for the new house. We have it picked out. I came home and checked with Consumer Reports. Everything checked out good. We just need to run it by the builder to see their perceptions.
Beth passed her level in ice skating today. She also had her skating pictures today for the ice show. It was so cute. I can't stand it. Her song is the "Candy Man".
The fourth grade had to go through the immigration process at Ellis Island on Friday. Andy came from the Czech Republic as a farmer with $40 in his pocket. He said that he was going to be a brewer but he didn't think his teacher would let him. They had to pack a bag with items that they would have brought on the ship. Very fun.
