My spring break is effectively over. I'm teaching a class this afternoon and tomorrow morning for the Chamber. I kept hoping it would be canceled - it is supposed to be 65 today.
Beth has had show practise almost every night this week. She has the technical rehearsal tonight and the dress rehearsal tomorrow night. I'm glad I was off this week - it has been a lot of running. She is VERY excited.
I found out yesterday that one of the girls that will be in Beth's locker room for the show was sent home from school with a case of lice. I will be VERY angry if she get it. I was telling her to keep all of her stuff in her own bag and not touch anything from anyone else. We're not sure which girl has it. I have a feeling it was a girl that she has been talking to. I hope she stays away from her.
Andy received his new airsoft gun in the mail yesterday. He is over the moon excited. He plays war games with his friends and thought he needed another gun. I'm sure there will be some type of war games this weekend while we are busy with the show.
Here is the musings of a third-grader:
Girls rule, boys drool,
Girls go to college to get more knowledge
Boys go to Jupiter to get more stupider.
I wonder how long this will last before she finds out the boys are really kind of cool.
