We have spent all day cleaning the house. It looks good. I hate to be excited about this....but I bought a new vacuum last night. It is much lighter and works much better than our old one. If I have to clean, I might as well have the tools to do a good job. Beth scrubbed the floors - it's nice that she is old enough to help. Andy has spent most of the day cleaning and organizing his room. Beth did her room last week. Hopefully this will get them to keep their rooms clean for the summer. I can hope.
We have a local soccer tournament for the rest of the weekend. I have to volunteer for four hours and Andy plays two games tomorrow and one on Sunday. I just hope they win one game.......
The kids start golf lessons on Monday. My drapes weren't in yet, so we rescheduled for Monday. This has been a long process - I hope we like them when they are up.
