Three More Days!

Only three more days until Yogi Bear. We are getting excited. My sister-in-law called tonight and they are over the moon excited. It's such a fun time - I hope the weather is hot. We'll be there from Monday until Saturday this year. More time for summer fun.

I just made reservations for the Wisconsin Dells for a weekend before I go back to work. We'll have a jam packed last summer Hurrah! The Dells will cost us the same amount for two days that Yogi Bear is costing for the week. The resorts in the Dells must rake in the money - but it is money well spent.

We've had a pretty slow week. The kids have music lessons tomorrow. Other than that, we don't have any plans. Tim is working, so we'll be on our own all day. The water ski show is this weekend. That will keep us away from the beach. I can only play Spoons for so long.....

On a seperate note - can Bush screw everything up before he leaves office? Now he wants to define abortion to include birth control pills. WOW! Let's just go back to the 18th century. It's a good thing women can vote now. I hope they are paying attention.

And in the news - BARBIE beat BRATZ. I am doing a little jig. I guess the Bratz designer was still under contract at Matel when he created the Bratz concept. Therefore, the legal ruling states that Bratz is really then owned by Matel. I hope they close down that line now. Beth seems to like it, but I'm not a fan. They look like a bunch of whores. At least Barbie has a job.
