Sixteen Blissful Years

We've been married for sixteen years now. Can't remember what it was like without Tim in my life. That's how you know it's a good marriage.

Andy has a soccer tournament today. I'll post pics later. Beth has a birthday party/sleepover tonight. We have to get her there at some point today.

Glad to see that others have gotten their furniture. We're still waiting for ours. I hope we have better luck with our movers. We're getting free help - sometimes that better than paid help. I also hope we like it. What happens if we don't? It's hard to pick our furniture from a small swatch.

New quip from work this week - I had a student who couldn't come to class because she had a memorial service for a friend. The friend was an alcoholic and drank himself in. The memorial service was held from 12 -4 at Good Time Charlies (a bar). Classy - right over happy hour I'm sure. Of Course she had to be there the whole time.

Another instructor had an assignment to ask people about their culture and how they see themselves changing in the future. One student wrote that he can't see himself changing. He'll never be a fish or a turtle.

Time to write a book.........I think the title should be "Herding Cats" with chapters like "I'm not your litter box" and "Your hair ball is not by problem". How about "Cap nip can affect your grades" and "My Meow Mix should not go in your bowl". Anyone have any more - please share. I have a lot of content to go inside.
